The Watershed Research & Training Center

We regularly host an array of educational and community-oriented events designed to engage with the public and foster a deeper understanding of land and watershed stewardship. Our events range from workshops designed to educate community members about fire resilience and management, to interactive programs that invite local participation in environmental stewardship efforts.

Key events such as our Beneficial Fire Training sessions and the Community Navigator Project have become core parts of our educational outreach, drawing participants from different sectors to learn about responsible land management.

Volunteer opportunities abound as well, providing a chance for individuals to contribute directly to our projects and learn about the importance of community-driven ecological initiatives.
