AAA Chaffin Family Orchards - Feather Down Farm Days

Chaffin Family Orchards is a diversified family farm near Oroville, California. It began early in the 20th century when Del Chaffin came to the site as a farm manager for a UC Berkeley research station. Over time the Chaffin Orchards has grown into a 2,000 acre farm that also includes cattle, sheep, goats, chickens and the olive orchards diversified with over 40 different heirloom varieties of orchard fruit including citrus, stone fruits, and avocados. Five generations later, Del’s granddaughter, Carol Albrecht, and her husband Kurt Albrecht are still running the family farm.
