We also offer wildlife and bear viewing trips.

Our fishing season is exciting and varied – starting with saltwater Halibut and King salmon combos in May. We transition in June to the Kenai River for King salmon fishing, continuing through July. In August, Coho or Silver salmon become the focus in the rivers. Our flyout trips begin catching silver salmon in late July, with sockeye salmon available from early June to late July on flyouts and on the Kenai river from mid-July to mid-August. Our Homer Alaska boat specializes in halibut fishing during June, July, and August.

Captain Mel Erickson, the owner, and head guide, has been at the helm since 1989. He personally guides Kenai River salmon fishing and saltwater charters on Cook Inlet, providing an unparalleled experience. His extensive experience ensures you'll be fishing with an expert who knows the waters intimately.

We are proud to offer private charters exclusively for your group; however, shared charters are also available. Nevertheless, mixed group fishing trips can sometimes present challenges, especially in saltwater halibut trips. We highly recommend private charters for the best experience.
