We are a small family owned farm. I was raised on an Angus farm. As an adult I wanted to raise a beef that is healthy and lean. I love my meat with very little fat. After trying several types of beef...the dairy beef won. We buy our calves from local farmers as newborns and raise them here to the finished product. We do not use hormones, steriods or pesticides. We do not feed antibiotics either. We use a rotational grazing method to keep the beef in the best feeding systems. We have several happy customers and sell out quickly.
