The Desert Weyr farm store provides an opportunity to purchase our unique Black Welsh Mutton, noted for its fine taste and available at our farm store and in local markets. Our fleeces, in hues of dark black to reddish black, are available as raw fleeces, washed and carded roving, spun yarn, and even durable hiking socks. We also offer sheep manure for local gardeners and prepare ram horns for various crafts. Our philosophy emphasizes using as much of the animal as possible as part of our ethical farming approach.
