Nestled just steps away from the lively heart of town and only a few blocks away from Georgetown College, we are located in a historic building originally constructed in the 1890s. This used to serve as the ice house, a notable landmark just across the street from Royal Spring. It is said that Elijah Craig used water drawn from here to create his first bourbon. With a strong farm-to-table concept, our food is crafted with care, paired with an expansive and ever-growing bourbon list, not to mention our superb craft cocktails.
