Spa Alpacas

After discovering alpacas in 1995 Kelly and Paul set out to develop a herd of colorful, high-quality alpacas. Their goal was to have a small, but select herd of alpacas with superior fleece, excellent conformation and desireable genetics. Within a few years Spa Alpacas had become a well-known farm within the alpaca industry by breeding, showing and selling some of the best alpacas in the nation. In addition to breeding excellent animals the Zanellas offer a full range of customer support services that include breeding, boarding, shearing, transporting, training and show handling. In addition the Zanellas have developed an excellent educational seminar designed to assist new or prospective alpaca breeders learn about this agricultural industry. The educational seminars are held in May and in September annually. Farm visitors are welcome by appointment. Follow Rt. 67 through Ballston Spa. At the 4-way intersection of Rt. 50 and Rt. 67 turn and continue on Rt. 67 heading west. Drive 3 miles and you will come to Paisley Road. Paisley Road is a right hand turn. On Paisley Road the farm is the first driveway on the left, mailbox #7.
