Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese Company, LLC is situated in the lush surroundings of Escalon, California, nestled in the productive area of San Joaquin County. Our farm is surrounded by vast stretches of agricultural lands and open spaces, making it an ideal spot for producing our renowned cheeses.

Since our establishment in 2015, we have been dedicated to crafting cheeses following traditional Dutch techniques, using raw cow's milk. Our Stuyt cheese is carefully aged for a minimum of 60 days, though 90 days are preferred for an exceptional taste. Besides the classic mild flavor, we have expanded our offerings to include a variety of unique flavors such as cumin, smoked, bacon, garlic herb, onion parsley, jalapeno, and habanero.

In June 2018, we began offering cheese curds, known for their distinctive characteristics. Visiting us at the creamery grants you an opportunity to taste and purchase these fresh delights.

During 2020, we introduced our Spanish-style cheese, El Capitan, notable for its semihard texture and creamy consistency, featuring sweet and spicy undertones. This cheese gained third place at the 2022 American Cheese Society competition in Oregon, quickly becoming a customer favorite.

Our latest venture includes fresh cheese spreads, meticulously hand-ladled to ensure fluffy textures and vibrant flavors, perfect as a replacement for cream cheese or creme fraiche.
