Windy Ridge Cherries

Perched on a ridge in the scenic Leona Valley, our cherry orchard provides a perfect family-friendly environment for cherry picking. The orchard is home to delicious Bing and Rainier cherries grown on dwarf trees, making it easily accessible for children. We offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere where visitors can enjoy picking from carefully tended trees trimmed to a manageable height of 7 feet.

What sets Windy Ridge apart are the unique features we offer. Our guests can benefit from convenient off-street parking with safe access to the orchard. A short walk from parking to the base of the hill is available, or you may take a ride on our tractor-pulled tram directly to the orchard. Visitors have clean plastic buckets to fill with luscious cherries.

The panoramic view from the orchard is glorious, making it an ideal location for a family picnic. With plenty of shaded areas, picnic tables, a wash area, and portable toilets, you can relax and enjoy your day. We welcome guests to bring their picnic baskets or purchase refreshments from our cherry stand, while ice-cold water is provided at no cost. We do not charge for admission or parking, ensuring your visit is purely about enjoying the fruits and creating memories.

All our cherries are natural, grown with only a traditional fertilizer, and we proudly abstain from using any pesticides.
